Your mission
- Manage and maintain all Raxio data centre monitoring systems, including, but not limited to the Data Centre’s specialized Building Management System (BMS)
- Handle and escalate faults as per Raxio’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalation matrix
- Monitor automated systems, generate and respond to Trouble tickets
- Operate as the first point of contact for any system-generated issues, as well as those logged by internal and external customers
- Collaborate with other functions, such as the Data Centre site engineers, data hall engineers to ensure timely resolution of escalated faults
- Make sure Raxio data Centre’s equipment maintenance schedule is adhered to.
- Maintenance of technical documentation of SOPs
- Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotating schedule.
- Keep abreast with all services being offered by Raxio by attending all trainings organized by the company.
- Ownership of incident and change management processes.
