Your mission
• Managing and maintaining all Raxio Data Centre monitoring systems
• Handling faults and escalations as per Raxio’s escalation matrix
• Managing the Raxio Data Center maintenance schedule
• Maintaining of technical documentation such as standard operating procedures
• Participating in a 24x7 call-out Rota.
• Keeping abreast with all services being offered by Raxio by attending all trainings organized by the company.
• Collaborating with other sub departments for example data centre facilities engineer, data hall engineers as site manager well as to ensure timely resolution of escalated customer faults.
• Generating and responding to Trouble tickets
• Managing and operating the first point of contact for any issues logged by internal and external customers
• Managing and owning of the incident and change management processes.
